Castle Semple

Tom and I had a road cycle from Eglinton park up past Aiket Castle, Barcraigs Reservior, Howwood stopping at Castle Semple for a snack. There were loads of people out and about there. We headed back behind Dalry partly on Sustrans route 7 to the start. It was very pleasant in the sun but 4 hours in the saddle gave me some bum ache guess I need to do a bit more.
