More Auchincruive singletrack

Today I expected a cold wind and had planned a route to keep sheltered so I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite calm this morning, however Graham and I still headed down to Mossblown to do some sheltered singletrack around Auchuncruive.
By doing some loops we clocked up about 28km and had a warm up stop off at Stair Inn for a spot of lunch before heading over to Sundrum area on the return.
It was all very very nice, you can view the route here and photos of the day here.

Just had a look at the photos of your run today, that singletrack by the river looks brilliant, does the track run all the along the river, or is it just a short stretch

The photo stretch is only about 1.5km but there is riverside trail of 2km from the centre of Ayr to the bypass then 1.5km at Auchincruive before getting to the photographed section.making a total of 5km by the river.

Hope you enjoy it, just watch out for the slippy rocks just beside the river cause it's deep.
I have a dread of falling in tangled up with the bike, a nasty end to mountain biking!
